Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All items are printed when ordered. Production time is usually two to five business days. Production time may vary during peak seasons or high volume periods.

Shipping Times
United States shipping usually takes three to seven business days after production.
International shipping usually takes seven to twenty one business days after production.
Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once the order has been printed and prepared for shipment. Tracking may take twenty four to forty eight hours to update after you receive the confirmation.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages depending on print facility availability. You will receive tracking for each package if this occurs.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund it. If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help file a claim with the carrier.

Customs and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges required by the receiving country.
